I have to sign in two times every time I click on the app. The speed test always comes out great with them but on regular speed test in the internet it's very slow. I pay for two g's so why all the buffering all the time? Why don't you guys have a chat like all the other ones so you can find out what the hell's going on with your stupid internet? Fix the damn app please! This isn't the dark ages.

This is the most annoying app I've ever had to work with. The app needs some major updates to prevent frequent log outs and is anyone else having to manually log in twice before you can actually enter the app? A biometric feature would be nice. Lastly, why the hell is there no feature to manage payments? I have to go to another website just to make or manage my payments. Just sad.

Did you get EVEN WORSE? How do you mess up something so simple? I tinker with DNS servers for personal privacy, but it is a joke that I have to use an older app version to get the DNS server to save (The iPhone/iPad one). The errors don't make sense (cause it's a generic error) and the tech support is not supporting. I can see why people just buy their own routers. Luckily I found a workaround, but it's aweful that an older version of you app works better. Shame.
